Dish Scrubbies

Tulle Dish Scrubbies

These dish scrubbies have been really fun to make. I memorized the pattern after making the first one, so the rest have been mindlessly crocheted while watching my favorite fall shows this week. So far, I've made about ten 3-inch scrubbies, and have enough tulle to make another ten or so in this color. Fun stuff!

If you find yourself in a mess of tulle and want to try making yourself some scrubbies, click here. You may have to register with Ravelry to access it, but it's free and awesome, so you totally might as well.

  1. Those are so cute and practical too! I use a ton of those scrubbers of the green sort but these look like they would really get in there and get the job done. Thanks for sharing the link! xo

  2. No prob! Yeah, I'm excited to try them for myself. I think they're much prettier than those green and yellow sponges I've been using.

  5. So, funny story. I followed the link from Craft magazine about the chai concentrate to your blog (can't wait to try it by the way). I liked the look of your blog and decided to start reading. I get to this post and think, "Hey, those look like the scrubbers I make." ::click link:: "Oh my, they are mine!" I'm so glad you like the pattern. I never expect to see my patterns out in the wild. :)

  6. Haha, it's a small blog-world isn't it? I really, really love your pattern. I saw a few different variations on the tulle dish scrubber on Ravelry, but yours was by far my favorite.

Oh, and btw... I didn't know my chai concentrate post was on Craft! How crazy - I'll have to check it out. :)

  7. Aah..I was wondering what to make these out of, because yarn would get so yucky, used for scrubbies - cool!! :)

  8. These scrubbies are simply beautiful! I also got married last fall, and I am going to use some of the tulle for this project.
